Potential Merger Between Veritas and The River
Potential Merger - Veritas and The River becoming one:
-We are pursuing the possibility of merging to become one church. So many factors go into the health of a church. The River and Veritas complement each other nicely in several ways. It’s not about numbers. It’s about the mission to make disciples and reach our community and world. We want to partner in the Gospel for a healthy church and for the Kingdom of God!
-While we have gotten healthier in many ways, our finances have struggled and our buildings are a hindrance to our mission. We want to be good stewards of our finances as well as to our purpose.
-Please pray for wisdom and the will of God! All questions are welcome as we discern what is best for Veritas Church.
